I graduated from Zhejiang University of Technology in 1985, and received my Bachelor degree in Engineering. In 2007, I graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and received my Master Degree in Economics. In 2010, I graduated from Northwest  A&F University and received my Ph.D. in Management. In 2011,at University of Cambridge ,UK, 2013 at Fukui University(ふくいだいがく) ,Japan, 2015 at IE Business School Madrid Graduate School,Spain for short visit. In 2007, at University of Sydney, Australia,  2013-2014,at University of Toledo , US for visiting scholar.

Now I specialized in strategic management, entrepreneurship management, business management. I have published 5 monographs and teaching materials and more than 30 papers in Chinese journals.
