马祖军，博士、教授、博士生导师。教育部新世纪优秀人才、四川省学术和技术带头人、四川省杰出青年学科带头人、湖北省“楚天学者计划”特聘教授、宁波市“甬江学者计划”讲座教授。2002年博士毕业于西南交通大学管理科学与工程专业，之后进入该校交通运输工程博士后流动站工作，2004年晋升副教授并留校工作，2006年破格晋升教授，2008年遴选为博士生导师，2022年到浙江财经大学工作。曾赴美国加州大学伯克利分校、香港理工大学、香港城市大学从事访问研究。
主要从事物流与供应链管理领域的研究，包括城乡物流、血液供应链、绿色物流与供应链、应急物流、绿色能源供应链等，侧重采用运筹优化、博弈论、大数据挖掘、人工智能等方法和技术解决企业运营管理实践中的选址、路径、库存、生产、定价等方面的决策与优化问题。主持了国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目等5项国家自然科学基金项目、1项国家重点研发计划项目子课题和高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金项目等10余项省部级科研项目，主研了国家自然科学基金重大项目等4项国家自然科学基金项目、2项国家社会科学基金项目和6项省部级科研项目。出版专著4部，发表论文230余篇，包括在Production and Operations Management、INFORMS Journal on Computing、Decision Sciences、IISE Transactions、European Journal of Operational Research、Omega、International Journal of Production Economics、Transportation Research Part E、IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Transportation Systems、Computers & Industrial Engineering、Psychology & Marketing、Energy Economics、Energy Policy、管理科学学报、系统工程理论与实践、中国管理科学、管理工程学报等UTD24国际顶级期刊或国内外权威期刊上发表论文30余篇。研究成果获四川省科学技术进步二等奖、四川省社会科学优秀成果二等奖（2项）和三等奖（1项）、福建省社会科学优秀成果三等奖、中国物流与采购联合会科技进步三等奖（2项）、中国物流发展专项基金“宝供物流奖”等。
