BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH
Dr. Lin is Assistant Professor at the School of Business Administration in Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics. He received his Ph.D from the School of Management, Harbin Institute of Technology. His research interests include organizational behavior and human resources management. He has published well over 10 papers in scholarly journals in both English and Chinese. His works appear in Current Psychology (SSCI), Journal of Management Science (in Chinese), among others.
